Roles and Responsibilities

We're looking for persistent and innovative sales professionals to help us scale up our B2B revenue stream.

Generating leads of prospective Franchise like Educators, Teachers, Tutors, Schools, Colleges, Institutions & others through social media campaign & on the ground activities.

Reach out to them for one to one online | offline presentation. Our B2B team speaks to them on phone calls, understands their problem statement and motivates them to buy the CareerJini Franchise.

The key responsibilities of this role include achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and building brand ambassadors for CareerJini by creating a delightful partnering experience.

We’re sticklers for numbers and pipeline building - so this includes generating 10 - 20 leads/day, having 9-12 connected calls/conversations about the CareerJini Business Proposition and building a healthy pipeline. This involves speaking to new customers for 4-4.5 hrs each day on the phone/Zoom calls.

Achieving set weekly and monthly sales targets through a proper followup and conversion mechanism.

Ensuring a smooth onboarding of the partners onto the CareerJini platform - thereby creating brand ambassadors.
What do you need to apply for this role?

6 months to 1.5 years of sales experience - particularly in telesales - have you sold training programmes? Memberships? Done concept selling? Apply!

You have an entrepreneurial mind-set. What does that mean? You're ambitious/driven. You don't find excuses, and have the risk appetite to come up with and execute experiments/solutions. You don't need to be constantly told what to do. You believe that more money can be made by bringing good sales and growing it exponentially.

Working days- 6 day work week (Monday - Saturday). Work timings are flexible.
Compensation for Full Time Employee | Pune Only
CTC of 3.25 Lakh + incentives. Incentives are monthly ranging from INR 5K- 25K +. There’s no limits to incentives - they’re directly connected with revenue targets.
Compensation for Part Time Associates | Work from home | Across India | All Locations
CTC of 1.80 Lakh + Bonuses, earning opportunity to earn 25k - 50k pm from Home.
